We are based in Walton on Thames in Surrey but work remotely Globally.

My Journey

-I have worked in both corporate and therapeutic environments – working for 15 years at Universal Music, a commercial director for 5 of those years; and working as a private psychotherapist for 7 years. In both environments politics and conflict were rife (in psychotherapy I'm referring specifically to couple and family therapy) and I always have/had a passion for helping people resolve conflicts. I am highly empathetic but logical and creative.

-I feel like there is a misconception that court cases are resolved quickly. In reality, legal proceedings can often be lengthy and complex, involving multiple stages and appeals. Systematic biases can also be present.

-I believe my unique skill set, working in both a large corporation and working as a psychotherapist make my mediation offering rare.

-We pride ourselves on our unique approach to mediation. Our mediators combine their expertise in conflict resolution with a deep understanding of human psychology, allowing us to navigate even the most complex disputes with empathy and compassion. We believe in empowering our clients to make informed decisions and guiding them towards sustainable agreements that stand the test of time.

MEDIATION VS MEDITATION

Mediation is primarily focused on resolving conflicts and disputes between individuals or groups. It involves active listening, communication skills, and problem-solving techniques to help parties reach a resolution.
Meditation is a practice that involves training the mind to focus and redirect thoughts. It is often used for relaxation, stress reduction, and personal well-being. Meditation typically involves techniques such as mindfulness, deep breathing, and guided visualization.
Both practices require presence, mindfulness, and the ability to listen deeply. Both involve creating a safe and non-judgmental space for individuals to explore their thoughts and emotions. Additionally, both practices can enhance self-awareness, empathy, and emotional intelligence.
